The Taste of be loved

I was surprised I got a lot of medicine for my skin. They came from different countries and friends/relatives. The most I didn't expected my sister-in-church. She came to me on Sunday morning and gave me this cream.

Don't know why they are all coming to me in same month. How come they know what I worry?
